MEN'S OVER 30 FALL LEAGUE REGISTRATION IS ACTIVE
MAKE UP GAMES: There are a ton of make up games that need to be rescheduled. Captains need to discuss with their team as well as opponent's captain and find a good date. Wednesdays and Thursdays are pretty good to find fields and referees. Remember, it takes about two weeks for a reschedule, so please allow time.
Note: Fields at Uihlein Soccer Park are labeled at the Park as E1, W4, etc, referring to the eastside or the westside fields. We never know which field we are going to get, so we can only assign the fields USP 1, USP 2, etc. They change field availability frequently based on local conditions each day. For an up to date field listing at USP, go to the Kickers site: www.mksc.org and see the link in the upper right side for Daily Schedule.
Players need to be very careful around some of the residential soccer fields. This is especially true around Tosa West High School and Mt. Mary College. DO NOT USE FOUL LANGUAGE. This will get the league thrown off the pitch for the rest of the season. We have been warned. Keep your voices down. Be respectful of the neighborhood. At Mt. Mary College please park in drive that goes to the big circle that goes to the front door of the main building. If you park on the street by the south side of the soccer field, PARK ONLY ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET AGAINST THE FIELD, do NOT park in front of the neighbors houses. Keep the peace, help us out here.
All players must be on a roster to be able to play. The referee asks each captain for the roster at the beginning of each game. Captains must make sure the roster is brought to the game or they will forfeit the game. Please make sure someone on your team is assigned to bring a game ball!

The site has been verified for use with FireFox http://www.firefox.com. You may want to try their free browser.

Ober Bundesliga: Shorewest
Leiser Bundesliga: Muskego 2
Corona Superior: PASSPORT BREW HAUS
Corona Lite: Orange Crush
Congratulations to the division champions! T-shirts have been printed and the captains have been notified to pick them up.
To reschedule a game, the captains of each team must contact each other and agree upon a date to make up the game. Once you have a date, contact curt@milwaukeesoccer.com and a field and referee will be provided for you. Thursdays often work well, plan on providing at least 7-10 days notice so that all involved can reschedule.
ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE UPLOADED PHOTO (HEAD SHOT ONLY) AND ACCEPTED WAIVER IN ORDER TO PLAY. IF YOU HAVE NOT YET DONE SO, YOU WILL BE SENT HOME.
COED SOCCER STARTS JUNE AND RUNS 11 WEEKS.
SCHEDULES WILL BE ON LINE.
All Captains: We have a Draft Board of Free Agent players looking to join a team. If you can use some additional players, go to Clubhouse, Managers Office, Draft Board, Current Free Agents, enter Search criteria and Search tab. From this list you can read their bio, get basic info about the player, contact them to see if they might be a good fit for your team, and send them an invite.
ALL PLAYERS NOTE: Due to insurance regulations, all players must be properly registered and on a roster with photo. This year enforcement will be strict. Referees will not get paid unless they turn in a roster for each team. If a captain does not have a roster, the team will forfeit and go home without playing. There are no refunds. If this happens, teams will be removed from the league or lose their bond payment. Read the FAQs under Forms and Files. Bring your paperwork!
- Captains - You need to make sure that your roster is complete on game day and that you bring a copy for the referee. All players must be on it. The referee will not allow anyone not listed to play. All players listed must have their photo on the roster. No gypsy players. No walk ons. No unregistered players will be tolerated. If the captain can not make the game, your team manager or designated player will be captain for the day, and he/she better have the paperwork, or the whole team will go home.
- Players - You need to make sure you check off the waiver and upload a photo to your account profile. This will automatically appear on your captains roster. If you show up for a game and your photo is not on the roster, the referee will send you home.
If you are having difficulty with uploading the photo or sending out invites to your roster, click Contact Us and we'll help you with the process. Thousands have done so successfully, so if you are having difficulty, it is probably a simple thing to resolve.
The most common issues are trying to log-in with a different e-mail account than the one you registered with. Photos should be 500 kb in size and of a head shot only. There are more browsers on the market than before, and some are touchier than others. If you are using Firefox or Chrome, try using Explorer and see if that resolves the issues. Tweaks have been made to the system to allow photos to upload easier, as well as loading of rosters. If you had difficulty earlier, try now. Let us know if you still are having trouble. We are trying to identify the browser issues and resolve them as we can.
The website is created by a local web designer who has passion for the game. We are grateful for the time he puts in while trying to keep his day job and take care of a family. He puts in tons of hours for which he is a volunteer. The site allows a lot of capability that in years past was all manually driven. This league couldn't happen without this.
Men's Open and Coed Team fee includes a $200 bond which is returned to the captain at the end of the season according to league rules. The team fee is $1,275 with a $200 bond, so the total shown is $1,475. If you are a team registration, there is NO INDIVIDUAL player payment. Individual players or Free Agents have a fee of $75 if selected on a team. New this year is a draft board allowing captains to have a pool of players to draw from to augment their roster.
If you are an individual player looking to join a team, we usually can accomodate you. Fill out the indoor application and sign up as a free agent. You post your bio and captains that are in need of players can check it out and draft you. Create an account on this website, its free, and put your name into the pool. If selected, you and the captain will discuss uniforms, practice schedule if any and team fees.
Men's U23 League will begin play June 7, games on Wednesdays and Sundays. For more information, see: http://www.wiyouthsoccer.com/Leagues/Men_s_U23_League.htmor contact Jenny at: JAnthes@wisyouthsoccer.com. This league is for the high level competetive soccer player with a higher level of playing experience. She is also coordinating individual players looking to join a team in this league. Note, each team is allowed 3 players older than 23, so it may be worth checking with her if you are older.
Indoor leagues at Uihlein Soccer Park will play coed on Wednesday nights during the summer, for an application form go to the FORMS tab on the left.
All users of the site must have a site account created. Its free, its easy and it allows you access to your team. Once the site account is created, you can create a team, enter into the league or register for the draft as a player. Team rosters are required of each team, with player photos, so you must upload your photo. You can create an site account even if you don't have a team yet.
All payment for league fees must be via credit card. No checks will be allowed beginning this year. If you don't have a credit card, or a friend with a credit card, it will be difficult to get you to play. Corporate sponsorship checks that must be made out to the league will be the only exception and will have to be turned in two weeks before the registration deadline, so plan accordingly.
League games will begin June 1 and run till mid August. Mens Over 30 starts a little sooner and runs a little longer.
New this year is the Player Draft Board and the performance bond.
The Player Draft Board allows free agent players the option of entering into a draft so captains can select them for their team.
Performance bonds will be required of each team this season. The worst thing that can happen in league play is to be at the field ready to play and discover your opponent has no showed. While we have been strict about this in the past, the reality of enforcement requires a different approach.
